Situated on a working croft just over 3 miles from Fort William this bright and spacious self catering bungalow sleeps up to 7 persons and enjoys wonderful views over the Caledonian Canal to Ben Nevis and the Aonach Mor ski slopes. This holiday home is enclosed within its own garden and the accommodation includes a lounge, dining room, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with shower and the other with a bath / shower). One bedroom has a king size double bed, two have twin single beds and the fourth a single bed. Bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The kitchen and utility room are equipped to a high standard. While the house has oil fired central heating the lounge also has a wood burning stove with logs provided. The garden area has space for 3 cars. We welcome up to two pets. Sorry but no smoking in the house please. Lochy Holiday Park's camping and touring park provides a peaceful riverside location with great views of Ben Nevis. We have separate pitches for tents, touring caravans and motorhomes with electric hook-up if required. The park has clean, well-maintained toilets and showers, a laundry and lots of parking. Our shop stocks basic essentials as well as all those bits and pieces your forgot or need replaced. We have lots of green space for recreation. We sell Calor Gas. We are the nearest camping park to Nevis Range for mountain biking events, and the cycle path to the mountains is 2 minutes away.

Calluna Self Catering Accommodation was first opened in 1993 by Alan and Sue Kimber.  It provided suitable self catering accommodation for clients of Alan’s mountaineering courses.   Since then Calluna has been a regular base for keen outdoor enthusiasts and visitors to the area. In May 2018 their daughter Victoria took over the running of things, so Alan and Sue can enjoy their retirement.Calluna offers a variety of accommodation possibilities for guests.  There are no set arrival and departure days of the week. The property is tastefully designed in the upper floor of a self-contained building with an open plan kitchen-diner and lounge, a double bedroom and bathroom that has a bath with shower. Fort William is a 10 minute drive away and a cycle track passes nearby. Lochyside is adjacent to the River Lochy and close to the village of Caol which has a range of shops and a supermarket within walking distance. Guests at The Hayloft have exclusive use of the rear garden that is viewed from the covered decked area at the apartment entrance. The well tended, sheltered garden has mature shrubs and plants and benefits from the sun most of the day. Private parking is provided. Also close by and a short drive or easy walk, is historical Old Inverlochy Castle, Neptune's Staircase on the Caledonian Canal and Ben Nevis Distillery. The cycle route that passes by heads towards the Caledonian Canal and onward to Corpach or North, following the canal to Gairlochy and beyond. In the other direction from The Hayloft the route crosses the River Lochy and heads towards Fort William or Nevis Range We have Wifi, free parking and all heating, electricity, towels and bedding are included. Central heating is provided by an oil fired boiler and a feature-fire with a boost function is in the lounge area.   A UHD Television with Netflix is installed and free Wifi is provided.   The kitchen has a cooker with double oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and all cutlery, crockery and glassware. A fridge with freezer compartment and washing machine is installed.
