Lochaber Agricultural Show
The show attracts around 1500 locals and visitors and is a celebration of what rural Lochaber has to offer. Thanks to the generosity of our local sponsors all school children will have free entry this year.Lochaber's annual agricultural/horse/food/craft show is held beneath the spectacular backdrop of Ben Nevis at Inverlochy Castle Farm, Happy Valley, by kind permission of Ewen Campbell. As well as Livestock Judging, the Handicraft Section has lots of different categories from baking and jams to knitting, photography and vegetables - there's something for everyone and you can enter as many categories as you like once you have paid your show entry fee.
Local food producers are always present and the beer tent and food tent is a good place to chat with friends and new acquaintances.The location and event is also a good day to bring a camera !
Parking is well provisioned and the event is just north of Fort William on the A82 at Torlundy.
