Boudicca Cruise Ship to visit Fort William & Loch Linnhe

Fred Olsen Cruise Lines is bringing their beautiful cruise ship Boudicca to Loch Linnhe by Fort William and Ben Nevis.

Boudicca was the heroic warrior queen of the British Iceni tribe and so this modern cruise liner is a truly British, world class ship living up to the name. With up to 880 passengers and a crew of 329, this ship will be a great spectacle when she visits Fort William and Loch Linnhe.

Many passengers enjoy a shopping trip in Fort William and take one of the many half day tours or outdoor activity excursions available from Lochaber businesses. Boudicca is scheduled to arrive in Loch Linnhe off Fort William around 0645 and will be leaving at 1600 hrs after a great day out in the Fort William area. Other dates are already confirmed for 2017.

Scottish MSP Fiona Hislop, Minister for Tourism & Culture visited Fort William on Monday 5 September to officially open the newly positioned pontoon berths at the West End Car Park which will allow passengers and crew from Boudicca to disembark and have quick access to local shops, restaurants and all Fort William services.
